Is there any reason that a barrel for a glock 21 could not be used in a 30 ? I know it would stick out about 1.25" but would it hurt anything ? I kinda thinking one could port it ? or at worst case cut it to correct length and re crown ? anyone have any more insite on the ideas ?

There might be some geometry issues with locking/unlocking.

I notice that Lone Wolf barrels indicates the 4.5" bbls can be used in the 4" slide guns, but not in the 3.5" slide guns.

Bottom line, you might have to try it and see.

Actually a G21 bbl would only stick out the front of a G30 about .75" or so.

oh I was thinking a 21 was a 5" and a 30 is 3.78" or about

The G21 is only 4.6", and I believe the G30 is 3.77"
