I'm up to the cabin for a little fishing derby/old timers snomobile show. And from what I hear, there may be a beer bash afterwards. All rumors I'm sure.

I was working in st paul today, thought I might witness a shooting!
we were installing some doors in a church, and across the parking lot,and on the other side of the street was a residence, where there were some natives, obviously having a disagreement.
Alot of screaming and yelling, pushing and shoving, lots of "ebonics" being spoken.
no gun play,though.
happily,I dont have to go back for several days.

Baby is doing ok, getting a little better I think, sure is rough on the tiny ones though. when my boy had it he had to spend a night in the hospital. this little girl is pretty darn tough though, I'm impressed, she doesn't fuss much and always has a smile on her face

Kendra turns 25 today! I was planning on taking her to Olive garden in Rapid city (her favorite) but with baby being sick and her having to stay home, she said I can just make supper for her.

homemade shrimp alfredo with garlic bread and salad. maybe one of our bottles of homemade wine to go with it.

Happy Birthday Honey!

Fluffy,

We work in the same damn neighborhood. It was a shooting. The cops popped a guy for killing their police dog. It was near Dale St. I knew something was up when there was 15-20 squads at a house and no meat wagon.

It's possible we're looking at two different things. The guy the cops killed was wanted for a sex crime and was from Missouri. Details are still unclear if it was against the police dog or not. laugh

I was near Dale and Thomas.

I heard there was a shooting in Woodbury too. Man there are some messed up people out there.

Pheasant Fest for me this weekend. Gonna be a pretty neat event. Anyone going?

Glad to hear the little one is getting better Ryan! Treat Kendra to a nice backrub for her birthday.....!

For my sons and I, the what next isn't too good, Dave. Just found out about an hour ago that the 48 acres we've been hunting for over 20 years is no longer available to us because of a dog bite. Someone was walking on the property and was bitten by a stray dog. Victim sued landowner, landowner posted property on attorney's advice. Bye-bye archery hunting. Property was 500 yards from my driveway. Bummer!

Is he a drinking man Ron? Can that wife of yours bake? Does he have firewood that needs cutting?

All may not be lost. Give him some time to cool off than wander over with a plate of cookies, a cooler of beer and a chainsaw.

How do you think I got to hunt at Chickenbuck? I didn't even know dave and pam. I just showed up with miller high life and a bag of licorice. Next thing you know I'm eating ribs with bbq sauce from ear to ear. Shootin all the doe fawns that walk by my stand.

grin
