Out of the current run of semi -auto( glocks ,Xd's,Hk,Sig,etc) Which would be the most user friendly for a lefty, Thank you

Smith and Wesson M&P's are completely ambi friendly...

I'm not a lefty, so take this in that context ...
I'd suggest looking for the basics in ambi controls that you feel necessary (mag release, etc.) and then go with the one that fits your hand the best just like I'd tell a righty.
For me, I'd look at (among others) a Gen 4 Glock since you can swap the mag release for a lefty. Others are already ambi (like the excellent M&P mentioned above) and there are a lot of good pistol options out there but it's a very personal choice. Find the one that has your basics covered and then go by what fits you well. Shoot multiples if at all possible to help you decide.
Never give up on something you can't go a day without thinking about.

i am one of God's blessed children. Meaning i am left handed. few years ago took a beretta 92 and reversed the mag release supposedly to left hand usage, ended up putting it back in the way it came. The only thing i do do is on 1911's on the ones i want to carry is put an ambi safety on them. i have glocks, sigs, and the springfields and i don't have any real issue with the way they come. while in recent years i have left handed bolt weapons, and for that matter a left handed ar15, they feel a little odd to me having using right handed guns for so long.

As noted above... Gen. 4 Glocks and S&W M&P's have reversable magazine releases. I shoot left handed and I find it a moot point as I prefer to release the magazine with my trigger finger.

A disabled, err I mean left handed, friend of mine uses a 1911 with ambi safety. It seems most other handguns have everything set up for us right handed folks.

I've done well with both 1911 (ambi) and H&K (Variant 2 = LH safety)

Jerry Same here. The only real issue for me is for there to be an ambi safety if the platform requires one (1911, S&W Gen 1-3), pistols like Glocks, Kahrs and M&Ps are easy.

Any of 'em with an ambi-safety as mentioned.. But also any of the DAO pistols (such as Kahr) ... Some have had issues with the magazine releases - but I have not.. And (as a LH shooter) I use quite a variety of handguns and never had an issue with any of 'em to date.

The CZ 85 Pistols are an ambidexterous updated version of the famous CZ 75 Pistols.
But like RoninPhx, the addition of ambi-controls (or not) makes no differance to my left hand.
