Rich44,
What type of grips are those on your redhawks in the top picture?
The stainless steel one in the middle of top pictures is exactly like the one I just recently purchased!
Those grips are a little large for my hands so looking at replacing them with something slightly smaller. Currently look at pachmayer gripper decelerator ones.
Anyone try these grips on their redhawk who could some feedback on them?
Thanks,
Leo

I have a strong affinity for the 44 magnum. Not so much because of its power, moreso due to its versatility. From groundsquirrels to big game, the 44 magnum does a fine job. Maybe I was influenced too much by Mr Keith and Mr Taffin. Being an Idahoan I suppose I can be excused for that. Not pictured are my S&W model 629s or .44 specials, but you get the idea. Damn, I guess some can never have too many .44 Magnums. Not that I blame them... A single .44 Mag works for me. Top to bottom: .44 Mag Super Redhawk .357 Mag Blackhawk .327 Federal SP101 .22LR/.22WM Ruger Super Single Six The .327 Fed and .22/22WM "belong to my wife" ...
Coyote Hunter - NRA Patriot Life, NRA Whittington Center Life, GOA, DAD - and I VOTE!
No, I'm not a Ruger bigot - just an unabashed fan of their revolvers, M77's and #1's.
A good .30-06 is a 99% solution.

Here's mine, a SBH bought new in '98, a couple months before my 18th birthday. I've done some action work, added a steel ejector rod housing and a crescent ejector rod. Also put a Bowen rear sight on it and a Belt Mountain base pin. Grips are elk. It's my favorite handgun by far.Pretty much lives on a diet of 2400 and a 250 gr. Thompson bullet.

Why is it so hard for you mental midgets to just start a new thread? I enjoy this thread and am glad MacKay started it. In some ways it could be said that it's sort of offensive to start new ones when you've got an ongoing one that is on the same topic. We have similar threads on 1911's, 45 Colt's and 357 Mags. It's all good.
