I going to try this one more time. It seems Everytime I try to buy a 30-06 Sako for some reason or another the seller backs out or quits returning pm's.

So before I cave and buy one of the nice wood/blue guns that are listed I am going to try again.

I am looking for a stainless/synthetic Sako 75 or 85 in 30-06. In the 85 I would be interested in a standard rifle or a finnlight. In the 75 I would be interested in standard rifle or a finnlight if it's cheap... I just don't like the 20 inch barrel.

i have one of the "old style" sako '06's with what i believe they called the "hunter style" stock. it's an AIII action and would have been a circa stoeger import late 70's, early 80's. there's no importer stamp due to the fact that it was directly brought to the us by a gent that happened to be working in finland at the time. i am the second owner.

My blued/walnut AV Stoeger is down to 700 shipped; just to let you know. 24" barrel.

I've got a perfect Sako TRG-S in 30-06, aint stainless but it's slick as and punches .4 MOA all day long. Let me know if that's of interest.
