Which height do you find is the most versatile? Obviously going to try to shoot from prone whenever, but vegetation, grass, brush gets in the way I would like a bipod to use while sitting? Will 9-13 be the best. Looking at using Harris products. Thanks

In the p-dog field I usually have the tallest one they make on. I think it's 27". I do carry a 9-13 in my pack in case I find a rise and get some really long shots. Make sure you get the S models for use in the field.

I find the 27" needed for sitting. I also find the 13" collapsed height to be a bit uncomfortable for prone, but I can use it.

Definitely the 27" and definitely the S model.
