1- box of Angel food cake mix
1- box of cake mix, any flavor you like

Mix the 2 cake mixes together. I do it in 1 gallon zip-loc bags.

Now, 3 tablespoons of the mix in a coffee cup, 2 table spoons of water. Mix well.

Microwave for 1 minute.

Loosen cake with a knife around the edges and turn out on a paper towel.

Icing is optional.

Eat, repeat as needed.

I've used chocolate, strawberry and orange cake mixes.

You can do several in a cupcake pan( the rubbery silicone type) or in ramekins. No oil needed.
