Some loading manuals publish that data in the reference section of their manuals. Namely: Sierra and Speer.
According to the Sierra 50th Anniversary handgun manual, the twist of the .223 Rem in the XP-100 and T/C Conternder, is 1~12" I'm a bit skeptical, however, as they have been known to be wrong. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> And sometimes the factory doesn't always go by their own specs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Remember Murphy's Law?
