Sure is. You can find barrels on Gunbroker, Ebay and at Numrich. They are easy to change and usually headspace well. Pre-64 and post-64 top eject barrels interchange although the markings are different.

You also can have the barrel relined by a gunsmith and therefore keep all the original markings.

What is the normal cost of relining? That sounds like a good way to go. Thank you

My understanding is that relining is normally for lower pressure rounds........
Think .32/20 size and performance. Thirty thirty class cartridges might be too much for the relining process.

You can also rebore to a larger caliber. I had my .32WSP rebored to .38-55. Cost $250 and took 11 days, including shipping costs and time. google "JES Rebore" They are in Oregon.

Plus 2 on Jesse's reboring.
Had him rebore a 30-30 to 38-55
Turned out great! He's only 45 minuts from me, in CottageGrove, Or. so that helps also.

As fast as he got mine back to me, I would have guessed his shop was in my own barn. 11 days including 2.5 days each way in transit. In the gun world, that is like instantaneous. And just because I like to show it off :

I have never heard of a 94 smokless cal gun being shot out are you sure it is shot out? Me three - especially one in .32 Special. IME, Most that show terrible accuracy are either being fired with .30-30 ammo or have huge rifleing wear at the muzzle from poor cleaning methods. To correct the first's a no-brainer, and the second's only a bit harder - counterbore the muzzle deep enough to get to good rifling & crown the rifleing down there (A $50-$75 gunsmith charge) . .
It ain't no fun, when the rabbit's got the gun
