Thousands of Americans have had their lives stolen from them in the last 100 days?
I wasn't paying close attention, but that's what it sounded like.
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time by the blood of patriots and tyrants.

All major news orgs just had him on trying to push background checks bill for a vote in the senate. I saw it on Fox. He had a bunch of sheeple with him who had been shot in the past or had relatives shot.

Some context is useful. Standing behind him he had mothers of kids who have died from gun violence recently... I believe they died at the hands of violent people. The guns are inanimate objects.

About 30,000 people in the US die every year from gettin they azz shot , that # includes justifiable homicide.
There are about 75,000 alcohol related fatalities in the US each year or about 2 1/2 times the number of gun fatalities.
Just a few weeks ago in this county a drunk woman got in a wreck in which her 5 year old daughter was killed. That incident was barely a blip in the LOCAL news. If she had killed her daughter with a gun it would have been NATIONAL news.

So 10,000 that include murders, police shootings, justifiable homicides, etc.
