Yes! All us high schoolers used to jet around the continent on spring break. I think they'll have a tough time coming back to the ground when daddy has to dip into his own pocket for such outings.

I had my last vacation (four days) about five years ago. My wife and I are struggling to make house payments and I can't remember the last time we went out to have a nice dinner.

I read the link, and it makes no mention of the 1.4 billion dollar number.
I then did a quick internet search, and could find no source for that number.
The Obama presidency costs 1.4 billion a year, down from the previous administration's annual cost of 1.56 billion.
