I have been haveing troble finding bait latly. no road kills or farm animals. What about useing fish for bait ??

Where I hunt in NH skunks wouldn't be a problem .I haven't seen one of them pole cats around here .bob cats yotties and porkey pines are plentyfull

Dinner left overs work, just save the stuff in a plasctic container in the fridge for a week, be surprised how fast coyotes will come to good smelling food. I dumped a bag by a dead cow pile and thats what they were fighting over instead of chomping on the dead calves 3 weeks back. Shot 2 right there.

So it seems anything that smells will bring them in , I will just start a pig bucket make a bait pile ,and set up my tree stand out back on the ridge. If everything goes as planed ,l can thin out the heard. Not a good time of year for good fur but I am more interested in knocking down the number of yotties in the ares
