Sent my Franchi Instenct SL to Benelli for repair on Monday 4-1-13 received it today 4-9-13 with a nice letter from the gunsmith that did the work explaining the work done (replaced the forearm, small crack) cleaned lubed test fired all in nine days including one weekend and travel time. These people deserve a warm pat on the back, customer service does not get any better than this. Originally Posted By: P_Weed I never met a gun I didn't like.
