no, they checked everything and all is normal, except my cholesterol was 230. he told me cut back on all the fatty food and we'll check it in 6 months.

Take as much Niacin as you can stand (but not within 3-ish hours of having coffee - you'll turn redder than a drunken Irishman). Raises the HDL, lowers the LDL. Not a Dr., nor have I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express recently. But it got me from a LDL of 231 down to 178 in 3 months. (I'm sure the running & cutting way down on eggs had nuttin' ta do wid it...). FC
