Anyboy out there got a Seekins billet SP223 lower or know where there's one for sale (preferably < $275)? Want to buy one and use it on my 6.5 Grendel build. Any advice is welcome!

The Seekins billet lowers look pretty nice. I seriously considered one before I decided on the Stiller PredatorXT.
