Hello Kevin
Being that I am a S&W Target sighted revolver collector one that had always' eluded me
was the S&W K-32 Masterpiece. I looked for 30 Years before finding one. I had to swap Two revolver's to get this K-32 but it was well worth it to me. I swapped off
a 1967 Dayton Outdoor Sport's revolver that I had that was in Nickel finish and chambered in.38 Special caliber. It was the Only Model stamped 14-2 to have come with a 4" Barrel. It's barel was of Heavy design and these Dayton Hanen Special gun's were offered by The Dayton Outdoor Sport's Corperation of Dayton Ohio who were at that time a Large S&W stocking dealer. They
only made 2050 of these in the Three Year span that they were offered from 1965-1968 time span. I also had to swap a S&W Model 34-1 Kit Gun chambered in .22 LR caliber I had $
300.00 in the Dayton Hanen special revolver and $
350 in The S&W Model 34-1 snub nosed J-frame Kit revolver chambered in .22 LR caliber. I finally found a K-32 and this one
is a Pre-16 Five screw revolver that left the factory in
April 1951. I shoot this gun a lot and enjoy it's supreme accuracy. I am Into it for an actual cash Value
of $650.00 which is a Far cry of what their current Market value is
of $2500.00 if you can Locate one, that is Good luck as they do not come up often for sale. Regards, ThGeneral
As I Mentioned I shoot my K-32 Often so this Original set of Walter Roper Custom Shooting stock's are very comforable on it.
