Seems According to what I read of Texas Open Carry Laws, He didn't do a Damn thing Wrong. How can they Arrest him and CHarge him with Something. Our open carry Laws say you can carry Anything,Rifle,Pistol,Shotgun or Bazooka displayed in the Open anywhere except Pistols Free Zones. I Sure Hope He Got out of Jail and has those Boy's By the "Balls" for doing that. They Basically Stripped Him of His 2nd Ammendmant rights on Video..... And in TEXAS???
