Punctuation would help.

and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)

I am a Texan, but I lived out there a while. What sort of fishing you want to do?

Communists: I still hate them even after they changed their name to "liberals".

upper sac river along HWY5 has some cool places, also, it's a trophy section of the reiver, simms rd. has good camp sites along side the river, so does soda creek rd. but those are more for back packer on the Pacific crest trail, they are also right next to the river but more remote (be careful of some of the locals in that area eek )
have fun! grin
