I was wondering if anyone has a one piece mount leupold mount that they would like to sell? Please PM if so

One piece Leupolds and Redfields and Simmons and Tasco et al are still readily available. They're all the same mount as most of the major manufacturers copied the original Redfield design. Look here. http://www.brownells.com/

I have a Pachmyer tip off if your interested.

That's a good mount for folks that don't trust scopes. If your scope is fogged or got raindrops on it or if for any other reason you can't seem to see through it you just swing the scope out of the way and there are your iron sights. Pachmyer made two versions. A side mount and a top mount. Both are equally good but these days I suppose the top mount would be considered "prettier" as the drill and tap holes would all be on the top of the receiver rather than on the side.

The one I have is a top mount. It came off a 1950's 99F. The rifle came with the mount and a Unertl 4X scope.

Way cool period scope.

I sold the scope and used the cash to buy a Leupold. The scope had a steel body and was pretty heavy.
