That looks like a Weaver base chart to me, not Leupold adjusto's.
I can walk on water.......................but I do stagger a bit on alcohol.

Probably have better luck finding a Redfield 1 pc assuming we're talking about a rear windage adjustable type base.

The problem that I have found with both the Leupold Detacho-Mount and Adjusto-Mount bases is that they are not always marked with either a number(s) or letter(s), which is a major PITA. If they aren't in the box or the style isn't obvious they are hair-pulling irksome!
