Does anyone have load data for the 264 win mag using the Woodleigh 160 gr PP

Better check your twist first as most commercial 264s were set up for speed with a twist that might not be appropriate for such a long expensive bullet.

The 160 Woodleigh has a fairly blunt nose and most formulas suggest it will stabilize in a 1-8 twist.

Actually, I just ran it through the formula on Brian Litz's ballistics program, which is the best twist formula I know of, and it says a 1-9 twist is plenty.

I would look at Hodgdon's on-line data for the .264 and reduce the loads for the 160-grain Hornady at least 5% to start with. The Woodleigh is going to create more pressure, but it will provide a starting point.
