Quick question (and forgive me if this has been asked/answered already)...to those in the know, has Ruger the intention of bringing out a Guide Gun in .416 for the 2014 lineup? They did this with the Alaskan (released the .375 version, and then the .416), but in that case I believe the .416 didn't come around with the birth of rifle, so it had to wait (hence the curiosity).
Right now it's a toss-up between the African in .416 or a (hopefully offered) Guide Gun in .416 (the Alaskan now being history, save for options on the used market). Pragmatism has me thinking the Guide Gun is the way to go, but the blued-steel-and-walnut traditionalist always keeps looking back at the African (handmade work of art though it may not be).
Thank you.
