I just started using this powder last summer. I had been having a hard time finding a powder that my .257AI liked so at the recommendation of some people got some H414 and Hybrid 100V. I have not done much testing but it has done well for me with both the 75 grain V-Max and the 115 grain Nosler partition.
It also did well in my .270 WSM with 130 grain Nosler BT's. I finally found some more and plan to try it in the .243 next and maybe the .257AI with 100 grain bullets.
I was just wondering what others have experienced with this powder.

I have been using a max load + with GS Custom 100 grain bullets. My rem 700 257 Roberts loves the combo.

I was thinking about using it for my 250 gr Hornady BTHP/338 win mag load. It seems to give decent velocities at fairly low pressures for this purpose.
I suppose since you are talking 257's I am kinda out of place, but the Hybrid 100V does seem like a pretty good versatile powder.

Nick I am looking for any info for this powder. It looks like it could be good in many calibers. I only mention .257 because that is what I have used it in so far. I plan to try it in the .243 and 30-06 soon.

It turned my Ruger 6mm Rem from an OK shooter to a great shooter.

I have heard that it works in 25-06 but never got around to trying it. Has anyone else?

So I just got back from a quick run to the range. I did a charge work-up for the 338 with the 250 gr BTHP.
Max load listed is 68 gr. I fired 3 at 66, 4 at 67 and 3 at 68 gr. The 68 gr load shot a 3/4 inch group at a 100 with MV's of 2810, 2812 and 2815. This is significantly more than the Load Data presents, but the range is at 4000 and it is pretty dry.
The cool thing about this load is that the POI is the same as my 225 gr Interbonds at 3040 fps.
I had loaded 4 at 68 because I am anal retentive and I have to work in factors of 5. I sent the last one out to the 430 yd gong just for fun. I hit slightly right of center with perfect elevation. The wind was being squirrely so I blame that for the windage deviation.

I would be interested to know if anyone has any luck with it in the .270 Win with 130 gr. TTSX.

After the success with the 250 gr bullets, I loaded up some of my 225 gr Interbonds and set out to the range to see how they would do using this powder.
I have to say I am impressed. The velocities were once again very consistent (+- 5 fps) and shot into the low 3000's which is as fast as my Reloader 19 load. The group size was also impressive. Less than 3/4 of an inch.
I think after the weekend I am going to try to work up a load for my 243 and see if it likes this powder as well. Who knows maybe I could go to a single powder for all applications.

This is the only powder in the burn rate I need that is in stock locally. I know this isn't an "Extreme" powder but I wonder how temp sensitive this is.
