They might be visiting up in the country, and are fine, but unless they answer the danged phone, there's no way to know.

One of the news reporters were reporting roof offs at 40/94.

My brother in law lives at 40 and Weldon springs and said they had no damage and did not know of any damage in the area.

For what it's worth.

My cousin's mailing address is Weldon Spring, but they're about a mile, maybe less, from the big interchange at 94 and 40 (on Hemingway). I can't reach them by phone, not yet, anyway, but if they're okay, they can stay at another cousin's down in Chesterfield if the house got torn up.

So the storm hit five miles south of you? Had some friends that lived there way back when. I can also remember when tornadoes hit River Bend back in the 60's.

Glad you are OK.

We had some really strange and switchy winds, through the late afternoon,.....

Wild azzed, gusty Northwesters are not all that typical here, this time of year.

Gus, you stupid [bleep]! Not the time or place to say something like this. Shut the [bleep] up and go stuff a grenade up your azz, and don't forget to pull the pin before you do.

Glad to hear you guys are all right. Kentucky got hammered around on by tornadoes last year and they are nothing to mess with.
