Here is a neat little Bird and Trout knife made by the talented young knife maker Jason Kent from Colorado. It is his "woolybugger" model. This is part of last batch Jason made last year before entering medical School - there will be no more.
It is a nice drop pointed blade made from hand rubbed Boehler N690 stainless at about RC60 hardness. It holds an excellent edge and is a tough steel.
The knife is 5.5" OAL length with a 2.25" blade. The scales are Stabilized Exhibition grade Buckeye Burl with Brass Mosaic pin and lanyard liner along with .030" red liners. The knife comes with a VERY well made KFS/Sharpshooter Pocket Sheath. Overall the package is much like a high grade version of AG Russells's Woodswalker knife.
The last ones Jason built sold for $145 with the less expensive regular belt sheath. I'll sell this one for $95 shipped. No trade offers, please PayPal only accepted as payment. Thanks.
