Area 32 in Nevada :-)
Heh! We also drew elk tags, but in seperate areas... 61 and 75 late.
Time to hit the gym, the range, and a friends farm to get good "after they are down" butchering skills.
BIG :-) around the house.
Oh, I guess I need to add a troll line, so: For the elk 30-06 or 7mm mag? (my .450 Alaskan is not right for a Nevada hunt :-) )
it's .243 and a .270 for the deer, hers and his :-)

Congratulations I guess. Pardon my ignorance but what is a group tag? Does a group of people get a tag and anybody can fill it or what?

A group (more than two) of people can apply so that all or none get tags. My wife and I find hunting together to be a lot more fun than one being the "camp-keeper".

Just gentle Nevada slopes... Known as a cliff face in many other places :-)
The Basin and Range landscape is wonderful but does get steep.
LOTS of field trips this summer.

I welcome ANY hints for area 32 for deer as this is our first year there (Our traditional area sort of got charred last year) or for 61 and 75 for elk. You can email or message me so no one else will ever know...
