Good morning Ryan.
Pam and I are looking at a couple of different homes. More room and more private. We fell in love with one yesterday and now I'm taking inventory of the items I could possible sell to make this possible.
Basically all of my stuff is on that list, short of guns. Road runner, harley, the big crew cab one ton V plow truck...

Really worried about all the folks down at back to the 50's car show event here in MN. Bad weather down there. I hope Tzone and his dad did ok with the weather, as well as several other folks I know that headed down that way.

We faired OK here last night. Hail seemed to miss us. I'm not going to the show today, but my dad, his buddy, and BIL all did this morning.
We have baseball games today we can't miss, but tomorrow we'll be back at the show.
Pa didn't report this morning about damage but I don't think we got hail anyway.
They did drive through real heavy rain early yesterday morning on the way to the show. They picked up Jack and I at 6am and the rain quit. It turned out to be a great day.

Dave-If you do a move and need another strong back to help with the move, let me know. I need a good excuse for a brief road trip and would be more than willing to help out.

South Western WI got dumped on. Eight inches of rain in some areas.
Good luck with the house hunt Dave.

Good luck with the house hunt Dave. 8 inches??? holy smokes!! Bill, the hunt is over for the house, we just have to make it work now. We've spent all day buying, cutting staining and nailing up trim that has been unfinished in our house for 12 years. Getting it as ready as we can to sell.

Did you buy a place all ready Dave? Up in your area or elsewhere? I missed it in the thread here.

Up in our area, maybe 5 miles from our current home. We havent purchased yet but we are scrambling to do so, working on our home to sell it. We've got the financial plan in order now and I will be selling my harley as part of the deal. But we plan on keeping the road runner. I can get another bike someday down the road.

Oh the new place is beautiful. We really hope and pray we can make it all happen. We love our current home but we have been having some serious issues with a neighbor for about 3 years now and it's just time to move. We have about 7 neighbors total, we are sort of surrounded by them. We do very well with 6 of the 7... and those 6 have troubles with the same one that gives us trouble.
The problem is, we are extremely close to the trouble source, and we just can't take it any longer. The other 6 neighbors will have to come together as a group and persuade local law enforcement to help them, but they will have to do it without us because we are simply finished with it. Life is too short, we choose to relocate and be happy.

A bad neighbor can truly make life miserable. I gave up pretty much all target/practice shooting where I live to keep peace with a neighbor that lives one and a half miles away. He would come over and complain and get another neighbor a mile away to complain also. He let me hunt his land exclusively so to keep the peace I do my load work someplace else. Also people from California moved in a mile away and stopped in one morning. I was in the process of setting up a tree stand in the yard from ground level to make sure it was ok. They asked me what I was doing so I told them. The woman said I shouldn't hunt deer, just watch them. No problem!!
