love cooking. It takes my mind off work and is a really good consturctive use of time when procrastinating. I do everything from creme brule to coffee steak. I can do anything Indian from scratch. I even know how to unshell lobster! Then about a minute ago, I realized that I don't actually know how to cook anything Asian.
I mean I ate Asian stuff growing up, but not always. Mum cooked everything. She's the reason why I can't go 2 weeks without Indian. Anyways, is it bad that I don't know how to do any Asian? Any easy starters I should know/learn?
