Since the prosecutor implied 40 seconds of beating is actually nothing and couldn't be life threatening, I'd grab that doll and beat on it for 40 seconds,similar to the evidence presented.
Id also start off by saying I had spent most of the evening going over the prosecution closing to refute arguments the prosecution was making in regards the evidence but, to the surprise of no one, we realized he paid no attention to the evidence and, in fact, completely ignored it or lied about it. I'm with you on take no prisoner argument. They started this mess. [bleep] 'em. Just don't want to hear myself talking when I've run out of things to say.

I'll add I know you to be a fine trial lawyer and litigator so my style is just that...my style. I certainly know you enjoy wonderful success your way, as well.

I have to use the ignore feature, in fact, just to remember the folks with whom I've had bad blood. You, however, are on the short list of folks I never forget I have bad blood with. Still don't hold grudges, but some few folks here I can keep track of not getting along with, you being one, due to their persistence over a long period of time being an ass.
