No, he was just a rude self important unsolicited prick. He knows full and well that his goal here with these rallies is to incite violence and mayhem.
Edit to add: the BS he stirs up is counter productive to his stated goal of "advancing colored people". If there's violence, which is almost guaranteed it only cements in the minds of those watching that the stereotypes are correct. The ignorant pawns out there will be used to keep his name in the spotlight, and his big mouth running to keep the money coming in. He's a parasite upon the black community.
