Its not just a gun, there is a gun shop down his way that offered him one. He is going to need to go to someplace like Gunsight or Front Sight for some serious instruction on the use of a pistol and how to keep himself out of such situations.

According to the article Zimmerman's attorney said that there's no reason to carry a weapon that's already killed somebody and he should never carry it again. What is his reasoning behind that? The gun didn't do anything by itself and in itself can't posses evil or good traits. It is a tool.
Just because the pistol was used once, that doesn't mean that it is more likely or less likely than another pistol to be used again.
