Some good friends with a ranch in the the Blackfoot have started a snack bar business with beef as the leading ingredient in all the bars. It is a fine option for those like me who tire of the sugar content of ordinary snack bars and want nutrition for endurance. In fact, there is no sugar and no preservatives. Four flavors: mango curry, chipotle barbecue, roasted peanut, and cranberry rosemary. Tests with recreationists and the military have gone well. I'm up in Ktown, we have some mutual friends it turns out. Greg and the Robertson Tribe. Probably some others out of the 5 Valleys club too.

Ill buy a few of these bars when they hit the market. Nice to have an option beyond the super sugary stuff that has whey or soy as there protein base.
