MRP's are cool but expensive.

I'm wondering how they compare weight wise.

Any of you guys have one yet?

I used one in an upcoming article in Shooting Times on "Quick Change" barrels. A weight difference never registered with me, so (to me, at least) it wasn't an issue.

Lewis Machine & Tool MRP.
I switched out the 5.56 upper I had on my BM for the 5.56 LMT MRP upper, then switched out the bolt head and barrel to 6.8 SPC.
