Dave-

I've got the perfect Redneck contribution to make to the yard. We have an old garage on the back corner of our lot that's just about ready to cave in on it's self. I figure if a spray it down with a couple gallons of crazy glue, wrap it several times in duct tape, and head north with it, it ought to make the trip just fine. The door's all busted up, but I "fixed" it last year, so if it looks too good for you, I can take the sledgehammer to it again.......

Beautiful looking house, buddy-good luck at the new diggs.

I'll bet if you welded a couple I-Beam brackets onto that flagpole, you could haul a small camper up there to use as a deer stand. Ahhhhh, the posibilities........

The dang pictures make it look bigger than it is.

TGIF!

I ran some air and fuel through the old 383 this morning and cooled the bronze paint on the old Plymouth with a sustained air molecule massage of aprox 120-ish mph.

It was better than a cup of coffee.

To the man with the large silver SUV with the chrome decorative testicles hanging from the receiver hitch..... That 44 year old brown car with the white top that literally blew your doors off this morning was cool and manly... Your receiver hitch decoration.... not so much.

LMAO!

cool

I was thinking a second flag pole with the I-beam spanning the two for a meat rack.

if you added the other flag pole dave and polished them so they shined like stainless then you may get away with a fancy dancy meat pole in the front yard. or you could go brass and people might stop all the time.

Nice casa Mr. & Mrs. Dave! Well done.

Heading to the land of cheese tomorrow with the family for a week. Relatives, Dells, Waterparks, Packers, Oshkosh Flyers, beer...too much to mention!

Shout out to my little brother. He would have been 42 today.

Had the traveling vietnam memorial wall pass through Hot Springs this weekend, went today with the wife and baby. kept my sunglasses on the whole time. actually had lots of memorials with it, including the most recent conflicts. read some names I was familiar with and knew, was pretty hard. when I looked at the desert storm billboard I thought of our own northern Dave.

I have been to the original in DC, and after serving, this one was beyond words. as I walked I read names and names and names. some folks were there and just didn't know or appreciate the magnitude, I felt sorry for them. every line was families who would never be whole again, unspoken valor that no one knows. very powerful experience to say the least. makes a man thankful.

I've seen the wall in DC as well, very humbling to say the least.

Visited the traveling Wall in Erie, as a Nam vet it was a very humble experience seeing the names of friends on the wall.

There's also a Nam memorial just out of Nielsville, WI called the "High Ground". very humbling as well.
