Is this a good powder for .223 or .204? Bullets I'm using will be 55grn V-Max in the 223 and 32 and 40grn Hornady V-Max's

I've used it in a .223. It didn't give top speed, but it was damned accurate.

it works best with the lighter bullets, so a big thumbs up for the 32 grain bullets in the 204.....
