I rarely eat it anymore, because I know a grain diet is very unhealthy, but I sure do love it. Sometimes it's very hard to resist buying a box of some sort of flakes (I used to love Wheaties) and make myself a couple of bowls of it.

Every morning have a bowl of high fiber cereal and sliced banana with almond milk.
When I was younger I enjoyed Lucky Charms and whole mild with about a table spoon of sugar on top of that. Yum. Yum.

As a kid I loved Fruity Pebbles and Frosted Flakes.
My kids like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Honey-nut Cheerios or just plain Cheerios with a banana is excellent as well.
