a cop buddy of ours asked my wife if we had any use for some AR parts, she said she had a stripped lower and upper sitting around so he said he had gone a different direction than planned and had some parts sitting around he would give her a good deal on.....so she has finally decided we need to build her AR  now to just gather the rest of the parts.....picked up the last of the tools i needed to screw it together this weekend....

It takes some of these gals a while to come around. My rib just decided to go ahead and get her CCW (permit to carry).

she is a fishing, hunting and shooting nut but she has been focused on bowhunting for the last year so rifles have been on the back burner for awhile..... tjm: mainly the 4 legged kind and plinking......after shooting tex n cal's 300 Blackout down in New Mexico 2 weekends ago as soon as we get the basic gun up and running, the next project will be a 300 blackout upper for me

been buying to many books lately or i would prolly have one of my own by now......right now mainly messing with my 1911......especially after Ed gave me some lessons down in New Mexico that fixed a good deal of my poor pistol shooting....

went from a piss poor shot to a so-so shot after he showed me what all i was doing wrong and hitting me upside the head once now just need to burn powder and practice what he showed me....
