I have a bit of peach wood that I thought I could use for my grill (Like Apple and Hickory etc.) Has anyone on here tried it? If so , how good is it?-Mike

You bet it's good. It's one of my favorites, but kind of hard to come by here in Nebraska. Myron Mixon has won a lot of competitions smoking with peach.

I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Good to know, Mike. ,I will save more of it this fall when I cut out the deadwood from the peach trees again. If I get up to big "O" I may drop some off for you. I hope crab apple works as well as apple wood also. I will have some of that, too.- Mike

I've never heard of anyone using crabapple, but I don't know why it wouldn't work. If you have an excess supply of peach, I'd be glad to give it a good home. Mike

Peachwood is really good for poultry, chicken, cornish hens, turkey, etc. Yes, I have used it.
