Repros are all over eBay, darn good ones and cheap. Benefit: they're molded of a higher impact resistant material that won't crack/chip if you look at them crossways like the old hard rubber originals. IMO a better solution, unless of course the gun is in immaculate condition and all original. Still, the repro makes sense while you look for an original. (Either way, the number on the bottom of the plate won't match the gun making for non-originality in any event.)
