A while back, under the previous government, BC saw a ban on grizzly hunting. The new government reopened the season on a draw only basis. We have a healthy bear population but the antis and Aboriginals are up to it again. One of our big news stations is running a poll, asking if grizzly hunting should be banned. The poll is about 2/3 of the way down on the left. Do us a favour and vote "no". Thanks. http://www.cheknews. ca/

Thanks all - When I first posted it was 30% "no"....now we are at over 60% "no". I hope the antis blow an o-ring.
Kai Uwe Denker had a really good quote about people living in the cities being disconnected from nature. I wish I could find the quote as I think it rings true.
