Been 16 months but worth the wait!

375 Viersco mag 375 VM2 short neck proprietary cartridge. One of a kind.

The 375 Viersco Magnum was developed for the super long range" Hard Target Interdiction" rifles.

Ballistics:
33.5" barrel test

375gn Cutting Edge bullet
H-BMG 50 powder
3300 fps
9100 Foot pounds at the muzzle

3000 yds super sonic
------------------------------------

350gn Predator solid
H-BMG50
3450 fps

Here she is

Custom action from Dave Viers, 34" Lilja barrel 1"9 twist to facilitate up to 450 gr 375 bullets. Manners stock. etc.

The cartridge compared to 338 RUM and 280 AI---180 gr capacity

Theoretically it will launch 260 accubonds at 4000 fps but it will not stabilize them.

Here is the webpage.....Yes that is my rifle on it!!!

With care, more than a 243. I think I got 1100 (would have to go out and check for actual round count)out of a 338/408CT so he should get significantly more with a bigger .375 hole.

I would have thought that the 375 version would have run a little faster powder than H50. Most of the loading I did for a 375 Chey Tac was with retumbo, but I did not play with it a whole bunch.

I agree with you Eddy. H50 bmg works better because of the added case capacity

I almost did a 375 improved version of the Cheytac when I rebarreled but stayed with the 338 version because I already had a reamer.
Will be looking for some long range group pics.

Go shoot it already. That first round is a life changer smile
It will not kick but the concussion is like a grenade just went off, really cool, you get used to it and will love it.
