To those of you with family members still in service and those who are serving now, thank you.
This is a day of remembrance for me for those who continually place themselves in harms way for our freedom.
I do not forget those who have served, but today is a reminder of the present threat and those who are currently standing in the gap.

I'm fortunate that my three military sons are presently stateside. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. I add my prayers for all the military presently serving abroad.

ET and I call these youngins "little Brothers" even though they are grown men in harms way who now bear the burden of the torch passed down by many in years gone by.
May the Good Lord watch over,protect them from harm and bring them safely home to their loved ones..

I have no son's serving now, but I have three nephews 'over there'. I pray daily for them, and for all our young men and women that stand in harm's way, for us at home.

My nephew is about to drop out of college and serve. We've all asked why with genuine family concern but it's his decision to make.
I second a big thanks to those serving.
