i recently bought marlin 45-70 and a 450M, and now realize the factory ammo options for the 450M are slim. I've had good experience with leverevolution in other calibers, just curious about 45-70. I appreciate any help people can offer.

If your going to reload, there is no difference... if not the hornady is better.

Thanks. i clicked to older threads here and found several discussions about the hornady 450M ammo, and like everything else, opinions vary.

I would never use the leverevolution ammo, mainly due the the trimmed cases

You can push a 400g bullet 2000Ft/sec

If you need more that that tou need a fifferent Calaber
