Another I finished up for a customer last night. Rams horn seems to be a popular choice. Gotta say I like the end result every time I put one together. This one turned out exceptionally pretty. Very translucent around the edges so lots of liner color coming thru. (Sorry for the reflections crappy weather here today) Let me know what ya think...

I've always liked the rams horn. Very nice looking knife.

When it comes to knives and guns, what does NEED have to do with it?

No, it's naturally translucent like that with a little buff and polish. It doesn't all come out that way, seems to be dependent on the set. The lighter colored horn seems to carry the color thru, while the darker horn doesn't have that tendency.
