Found a 1 1/2 year old buck dead in a field a couple of days ago. Couldn't find anything obvious like a gunshot or obvious car injury. Buzzards had gotten the eyes and I think coyotes had the rear end, but not got into the hind quarters to bad. At first I wasn't too concerned, but the more I think of it I wonder. I have hunted a long time and have never found one dead like that. Is it common? I live on my farm where I hunt so I am in and aroud the woods all the time. It was close (100 yards from a creek), but not in a water source. Just seems odd. Thoughts?

Lol we live in TN. Didn't know they migrated up here yet. I guess I am asking should I go looking for more dead ones or just forget about. I am actively managing QDM as much as possible.
