Great scope! I use one on my pre-64 30-06 and really like it. The Z600 reticle is fast and easy to use once you plug in your info on the online ballistics calculator. I took an antelope at 300 and another at 150 a few weeks ago using this setup.

How does the size compare to 3-9x40 conquest ?

I have the same model except w/ #20 z-plex reticle, and the glass is simply superb. This is a great price...wish I had the $$
