Hi all,

trying to locate 303 savage dies here in Australia is a bit of a dilema, and even sourcing the ones I'd prefer from the states seems a bit problematic.

Does anyone here use the lee limited production dies for this cartridge? As they're about the only ones I can find (from Natchez) at the moment. I haven't too much experience with lee dies, and mainly use RCBS.

At a long shot, if anyone here has a set of dies in 303 savage they're no longer in need of, and would like to sell them, or knows another place where I might source a set from, I'd be very appreciative if they'd please let me know.

At least I've managed to get some brass (Jamison x 100) from the forum classifieds here!

The rifle is coming from Johno, and hopefully soon, I'll be charged with looking after it once the paperwork comes through. Appreciate that John was happy to let go a nice rifle like that, and have it come in my direction.

Looking forward to the rut early next year for our local Reds and Fallow. Hopefully the old girl will see some action again soon.

Thanks,
Aussielad.

I have used Lee dies for some of the lesser-used cartridges I shoot, and frankly I don't see anything wrong with them. Admittedly I mostly only utilize the sizer dies, as most all of my bullet seating in any caliber is done with Vickerman straightline universal seaters.

I use Lee dies for my .303 and find them as good as any of the other makers' products.

As the above posters have said, Lee dies work just fine. Wish you'd have stated your need a couple months ago as I sold off several sets a while back. Not that that's any help now. grin

Graham, & JackPine. I think Troy is a little tied up at the moment. Jack I am sure he would be interested in the dies, shoot me a pm with a price, i'm intouch with him by email. I use RCBS and are very happy with them

Thanks all for the input, and cheers for the concern John.
Just knocked off another long shift at work. Chasing up an option or two now on dies.
