One (1) book, Volume II, $35. Price includes shipping by USPS Priority Mail

For multiple copies, please add shipping costs of $6 for two (2) books, and $12 for three (3) to eight (8) copies.

Volume I $25 = $17 each
Volume II $30 = $20. each
Price for volume II to active duty military is $28 delivered by priority mail in the US or APO.
Only the actual shipping charges will be charged no handling fees. A few random comments about shipping, Canada seems to be $19.95 the rest of the world $23.95. These prices are a little lower because I use Click & Ship from home. A new requirement is that all out-of-country shipments I have to supply the telephone number of the person receiving the package, so if you do this by mail please include that. I offer PayPal for overseas customers.
I will accept personal checks or cash. No need for money orders or bank checks I will ship as soon as I receive funds.

As of now I am the only one selling this book, a couple friends bought some for gun-show sales but that�s it.

Thanks to my lovely wife,I received both vol.1 & 2 for Christmas and thourghly enjoyed both.They left me hoping there will be a vol.3. You should have been a detective of some kind or other the way you researched the very elusive information you dug up .
