Well here we are, a couple weeks away from the end of the regular season and it sure has been fun. I have a little deer hunting trip scheduled for next week and wanted to get next week up early so everyone would have ample time to look them over.

I feel like Old Blue about now. Feisty and rarin' to go... probably ready to keel over by the time it is done as well no doubt. I'm in over my head but that never stopped me before.

Foxbat still has sole control over the lead but we made up some ground last week thanks to some of the wildest and most improbable of plays. I know he must have been pulling his hair out. Lord knows I was doing the same on my end. We still have quite a few guys with a shot at the title but every single game can make you or break you at this point. You need upsets but they have to be real and not imagined. AND you have to pick them when those above you don't. 'tis a tricky business.

TDC won last week with some absolutely stellar picks. He laid out 5 tough ones for this week and I did the same. We have our traditional "Hate Week" the following week and then we wrap things up on our end with the conference title games.

This is as pissed off at Freeze as I've been in his 2 years.

Dang some of these scores at the bottom of the screen look more like basketball numbers. In fact, the football scores are higher than bball scores.
