Love these light compact old bolt actions. Anyone have one they would like to sell. I'm looking for a shooter, not a collector.

Watch the usual auction sites, they come up. I sold a shooter grade on GB last month. For the kind of money that brought, if I were you, I'd think about a Kimber 84. Just as light, easy to scope, has sling eyes.

Guys, thanks for the suggestions. I was away from the forums for a while and missed steve99's reply. It's gone, but thanks.
I do know where there is a model 20 at a gun shop for $775.00. Front sight has been butchered, but otherwise gun is in decent shape for a shooter. Seems a bit steep. I missed a better one at local auction that went for $550.00

I'd buy it and figure out what to do with the front sight. You are going to pay 2-3x that for a nice 1920 in .250.

I have one that has a scope mounted and is really pretty nice. Drop me a note if you are interested. I'm a lefty and only bought it to screw around with, happy to sell it to someone that would appreciate it more than I do.
